We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our leadership team on our mission to create a development organisation where people, ideas & innovation can thrive. We believe that the primary objective of the leader is to create an enabling environment for the team to succeed. We live what we preach by working as a team of managers.

As Engineering Manager you will typically lead two teams, and you will work in close collaboration with the other managers to continuously improve the development organisation. As Engineering Manager you are responsible for the outcome of your teams, and you use coaching and facilitation to help your teams grow, succeed and continuously deliver value. You promote modern ways of working both within your teams and within Nordnet.
You report to the Director of Engineering and will be located in Stockholm together with the rest of Engineering.
