ABOUT THIS ROLE:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Engineering Manager in Munich or Berlin with a proficient PHP or NodeJS knowledge to lead and empower a team of talented engineers. You will oversee a team of engineers and their code that powers our fast-growing business while also contributing and developing processes. Above all, your work will contribute towards creating a more attractive, helpful and fashionable community for everyone!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide architectural and technical leadership to a cross functional team of engineers
• Lead and mentor the team, providing technical guidance and career development support
• Work with a product owner to help the team break down tasks into manageable pieces
• Conduct code reviews to maintain high code quality and performance
• Oversee that application performance and scalability are maintained with every release
• Ensure proper documentation of all processes, codebases, and systems
• Encourage continuous learning and professional growth within the team
