We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Engineering Manager to join our team that will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and stability of our product. The challenging part of this role is to ensure high availability of our SaaS solution to 2000 instances with individual configurations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can build and grow a high-performing QA team while also diving into the details to set up effective QA processes and automated tests.

• You provide leadership and mentorship to QA team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment
• You serve as the main point of contact between the QA and engineering teams, offering guidance and recommendations to enhance software quality
• You establish and promote robust QA processes tailored for large-scale SaaS applications, ensuring they can handle the needs of thousands of users
• You engage deeply in daily activities to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact our clients, improving code quality through constructive feedback
