Responsibilities:
The Research Tooling Lead serves a hybrid role of team leadership and senior developer
- Development: You will develop new features and maintain existing ones
- Delivery & Engineering Excellence: Together with key stakeholders, you will represent the overall goals and strategic objectives of the track.
- You will also lead the teams in the track to deliver new features on time, maintain existing features and establish high engineering excellence metrics
- You will work with your engineering peers to drive initiatives and collaborate with others to move the organisation forward
- People Leadership: You’ll inspire, develop, recruit and motivate a team of high performing engineers. This includes building 1:1 relationships with people, setting their development or improvement plans and establishing a healthy, non-retaliatory feedback culture
- Managing growth: In a growing and fast-changing environment, you will enjoy accompanying change and finding new solutions with peers, managers and other stakeholders
