REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years managing cross functional agile software development teams
- 1+ years experience working on a SaaS platform
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with track record of timely and independent closure of tasks and action items.
- Strong practical knowledge of Engineering Process and Management
- Demonstrated success working directly on programs and/or research efforts.
- Proven track record of people management.
- An inclination towards communication, inclusion, and visibility.
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
A people first, delivery focussed role, Engineering Managers at StarRez are responsible for building and evolving team culture and practice to support high performing engineering teams. You have a knack for managing people and process, providing clarity and creating an environment where Engineers can do their best work.
Working closely with Product Managers, Product Designers, Quality and your Engineering team in a hands-off capacity, you’ll bring your strong technology, delivery management and people skills together to deliver high quality software solutions to our customers.
As an enabler for your team, you are responsible for their day-to-day operations, managing the delivery of projects, and keeping your team focused on outcomes.
