JOB SUMMARY:
Manage the day to day operation of the Engineering team, including approving time and staffing according to budget. Manage the Operations budget, to include vendor/contractor expenses, tool expenses and other expenses. Identify and manage property seasonal projects and PM cycles. Handle all room calls based on need and in a timely manner.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Trade experience
- 2 years facility maintenance
- 1 year supervisory experience
- Any trade license/certification
- Microsoft 365, general computer, work order system(s)
- Manage team time and operations budget
The expected pay range is $65,000 - $72,000. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Responsibilities:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead all daily line-ups to ensure the Vail/Rock Resort philosophy.
- Ensures compliance with company policy
- Attend to any work orders, guest requests, housekeeping requests, front desk requests, and room calls.
- Work with outside contractors to provide improvements or maintenance.
- Maintain records of all work activities and support materials
- Responsible for ordering parts and items for repair of building and units.
- Assist with preventative maintenance in common areas, back of house and guest rooms.
- Achieves objectives through direction and delegation.
- Set standards for the department in image, appearance and grooming.
- Develop a list of department goals and objectives; Assist with planning for the execution of Resort projects.
- Utilize the work order Management System to maintain the Resort and grounds in the highest possible standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
