Skill : Engineer Manager
Role : T1

Play the role of a technical analyst / system coordinator within the payment services
Gather detailed requirements from business users for large scale projects and/or enhancements to existing products.
Interface with IT infrastructure teams, departmental SMEs and Project teams to ensure that business requirements are met.
Articulate and document business requirements for projects, change requests etc.
Manage vendor service level and quality of delivery and development.
Oversee and direct, in conjunction with the respective Systems Analysts / Programmers or the analysis of business requirements, development of functional and program specifications, relational database design, programming, testing, implementation and documentation for all payment applications.
Coordination between project and business teams during the execution of projects and tasks.
Provide business with required technical support, assessments, and reports.
Propose technical recommendations and improvements.
Mitigate risks and close audit points if any on the applications and processes.
Manage multiple initiatives and track projects/BAU requests/ CRs to closure.
Closely monitor the incidents tickets and problem tickets and close them before the breach of SLA
