As the Engineering & Reliability Manager for the site, reporting to the site General Manager - Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and improvement of the plant equipment, systems, and processes.

• You will lead a team of technicians and contractors, and ensure that they follow the best practices of safety, quality, and efficiency.
• You will also collaborate with other managers and stakeholders to plan and execute projects, budgets, and schedules.
• You will ensure steady flow of production activities, producing the right product, in the right quality, quantity and at the right time, while maintaining optimal machine utilisation and operational efficiencies.
• You will initiate, recommend, investigate, trouble-shoot and provide solutions and actions to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating to the products, process and quality system.
• You will monitor and continual manage labour cost day to day to ensure labour usage is optimized.
• You will be required to support the plan for implementing a site wide ongoing Food Safety Culture plan.
