Engineering Services Manager: Configuration Control (Hybrid Eligible)

SNC is seeking an Engineering Services Manager that will be charged with the execution of configuration control and change management processes, including all associated procedures for the assigned programs. Tasking includes working with each program’s team to define and establish baselines and determining product Configuration Items and Critical Safety Configuration Items. As a Configuration Control Manager, you will be using your knowledge and leadership skills to manage, coordinate, and execute on initiatives that meet the configuration management needs of the organization.

• Manage a small team of Configuration Control Analysts -Established CM process, procedures, plans, and templates for unclassified and classified environments
• Established CM collaboration tools for internal and external use
• Established structure for document management
• Control of document/drawing release and change management
• Maintain and control configuration change requests
• Established Change Control Boards -Establish Process for Configuration Status Accounting
• Establish process for tracking Configuration Management metrics for evaluation of process compliance
• Establish process for product structure
