REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience with large scale distributed systems
  • Experience with microservice-based architectures
  • Deep knowledge of the Microsoft .NET stack
  • Knowledge of Component-based frontend development (Angular, React, Vue.js)
  • Experience with continuous delivery and infrastructure as code
  • Experience with Azure or AWS
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with other programming languages and frameworks, such as Python, Java, and Go

Responsibilities:

  • Manage your team’s professional growth, productive output, sprint capacity, and individuals’ outlook & engagement\
  • Engage in hands-on development across full Software Development Life-cycle
  • Collaboration with product to help define/influence feature roadmap and set engineering capability expectations
  • Mentorship, coaching, and career guidance for your team and other RecordPointers
  • Performance review input, management, review and communication, and documentation
  • Act as an advocate for the team, as well as individuals
  • Work with People and Culture to continuously engage and develop your team
  • Collaborate with team to design and architect new products and features
  • Provide guidance to team members on technical, career, and social issues
