We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. This role demands a proactive individual with a strong background in technology and a proven track record in leading and developing high-quality software products.

  • Strong technical background in .NET technologies and related frameworks.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of products using .NET Framework 4.0, C#, VB.Net, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WebForms, MVC, SQL SERVER.
  • Stay adept in modern technologies and frameworks, ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective solutions.
  • Play a key role in re-architecting, modernizing, maintaining, and scaling legacy products. Experience in this area will be considered a significant advantage.
  • Act as a quick learner and decision-maker, leading design and architecture decisions for the product.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
  • Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and managers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly. Implement strategies to prevent their recurrence.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain and enhance product relevance and effectiveness.
  • Exposure to Scrum or other Agile frameworks is essential, ensuring agile and efficient project management and execution.
  • Experience in code deployment best practices and be exposed to DevSecOps best practices, emphasizing security in the development process.
