It is responsible for controlling and improving the processes established for manufacturing, assembly, testing, packaging and product inspection operations. Manages processes with the objective of complying with specific customer requirements.

• Develop work instructions for operations, rework, draws, deviations, etc.
• Uses the 8D methodology to solve problems in the areas or products under his responsibility.
• Develop cost savings optimization and continuous improvement projects.
• Balance line loads to achieve maximum process performance.
• Develop visual aids, HIV standard operating process (Visual Instruction Sheet), Parameter Approval Sheet (HAP).
• Coordinate with Quality Engineering to evaluate discrepant material.
• Develop and document failure mode analysis as well as the control plan.
• Contributes to developing the standardized work of the key operations of the process
• Keep your standardized work up to date. Report and take action to resolve if you do not comply.
• Support and participate in the improvement projects assigned in the P3
• Generation of Maters (Red Rabbit) for measurement equipment.
