Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for many technical aspects of Global and Challenger business aircraft systems, such as electrical, communication, and cabin management systems.
- Provide support for return to service of aircraft by collaborating with multiple different parties.
- Monitor systems reliability, recognize problems, and propose corrective action for issues requiring technical solutions, taking into consideration the financial impact for the customers and Bombardier.
- Create technical analysis reports and presentations on reliability problems or proposed solutions.
- Support and provide technical expertise to both internal (Bombardier Teams) and external (Operators) customers.
