FULL TIME (35 HOURS PER WEEK) OPEN ENDED

We are looking for a person to join the Enquiry Management service, working with our team and wider university colleagues to deliver the best possible experience to prospective students considering the University of Edinburgh.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for someone with great customer service skills and a ‘can-do’ attitude to join our Enquiry Management Team. If you enjoy helping people, learning something new every day and going out of your way to ensure people are given the best service, this may be the role for you. You will be responsible for inbound enquiry management and communications between the University and prospective students, applicants and their supporters (e.g. agents, parents, career advisors and counsellors).
