1: Week One: Friday: 7am-3:15pm
2: Week Two: Thursday/Friday:7am-3:15pm

ABOUT THE ROLE

The role will be centred around providing a high-quality care and effective nursing for residents that aligns with individual resident choices and best practice. You will be supported by and taking direction from the Registered Nurse and Clinical Nurse Manager.
Situated in the heart of the Calista community, Aegis Banksia Park, caters for up to 112 residents within a Low Care, High Care setting as well as Dementia Specific Care services.

A typical day with be varied and have you completing amongst other duties:

• Assisting with the assessment, evaluation, and implementation of residents clinical and care planning.
• Contribute to the allocation of workload to ensure quality care is received by all residents.
• Anticipating residents’ changing health needs and manage requirements appropriately.
• Ensuring all care documentation is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
• Supporting residents and their families by responding to queries and feedback in liaison with the Facility Manager
