We have an awesome opportunity for a talented customer service professional to join the Records and Compliance team in our Student Administration directorate.
The role delivers comprehensive information and assessment on matters of Records and Compliance and provide effective and efficient service in the implementation of systems and processes that support the administrative operations of enrolment, fees processing, graduation, and academic records management-related activities for prospective, existing, and graduated students.
AUT is a contemporary university delivering a unique student experience through an active, stimulating, and transforming education. As part of the Student Administration portfolio, the Records and Compliance team manages the requirements for HPCA and CA compliance and Visa Management but also includes activities related to student academic/graduation records management and delivery of Graduation events. The team strives to deliver a high-quality, professional service that facilitates a positive student experience.
The Enrolments and Records role is busy and varied. It not only includes activities related to student academic/graduation records management and delivery of Graduation events but also provides support to stakeholders across the division, advising on areas of enrolment, fee processing, and compliance. The role requires significant skill in managing large volumes of work at peak processing times. This role works cooperatively as part of a team, requiring the ability to integrate individual tasks with the work of others to achieve goals.
A talented customer service professional with proven success in previous roles, you will bring;
- Substantial previous experience in a customer service or equivalent role
- Experience interpreting and applying policies, regulations, and procedures
- Proven ability in critical thinking and problem-solving culminating in high-quality decisions
- Demonstrable experience building great stakeholder relationships
