THE OPPORTUNITY

A short 30-minute drive from Brisbane, our vast, heritage-listed campus is conveniently located in the middle of Ipswich. We offer the opportunities of a large city, with the quiet feel of a smaller town.
The School is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Administrator to join our close-knit Enrolments Team. This is a part-time role.
This role will support the Enrolments team through assisting with procedures and administration associated with students’ enrolments, Full Fee Paying Overseas Students, assisting in the coordination of activities relating to student enrolment.
You will work as part of an energetic team committed to providing the highest level of customer service to our staff, students and their families. This includes maintaining confidentially information and accurate records as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in database management.
  • Have demonstrated experience in coordination of meetings, liaising with a variety of stakeholders internally and externally to the organisation.
  • Provide a high level of customer service.
  • Assist in the coordination of events and activities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with highly developed organisational, communication and administrative skills.
  • Ability to assist and conduct School tours for perspective families.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
