Description:
As an Enterprise Account Manager, you’ll be a senior member of our Account Management team reporting directly to the VP of Enterprise Sales and ultimately responsible for the growth and development of our largest and most strategic customers. You’ll use your communication, relationship management, sales, and strategic planning skills to take your accounts to the next level.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer-specific account plans supporting targeted growth
- Effectively manage and execute the sales process for all renewals and expansion opportunities
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and associated stakeholders
- Liaise between customer and cross-functional internal teams to maximize mutual benefit
- Predictably forecast progress against quarterly and annual KPIs (ARR)
