Description:

Zifo is a leading scientific service for the pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical, food and cosmetics industries. We are seeking a competent and experienced person to develop and manage key customer relationships in Germany. In this role you need to show initiative, to be ambitious and work as a team player with Zifo colleagues. We are looking for a person who can take on the challenge of a rapidly growing business. To lead from the front and at the same time to enable and trust your team.

Responsibilities
To lead and develop enterprise customer relationships in the German market.
Maintain high-quality relationships with customers, engaging at the executive level as a Trusted Advisor. To create and sustain long-term relationships.
Ensure customer expectations are met, to deliver measurable outcomes for our customers.
To create sustainable business growth with our customers.
To engage the Zifo team you need to succeed. To work collaboratively and lead from the front.
Provide leadership and vision for the development of our customers in Germany. To create and share a strategy for each customer. To execute this strategy with your team.
To keep the European leadership informed on your progress, providing accurate information on the bookings forecast and backlog for the relevant customers.
To have the account based goals and strategies required to maximise growth and business potential
Required Skills and Experience
Demonstrated competency in coaching and people leadership.
Commercial experience in business development or direct sales.
To be proficient in and able to demonstrate capability in relationship and value based selling.
Native German speaker with excellent written and spoken English.
A bachelor or higher level degree
Demonstrated understanding of the Life Science or scientific industries. You will understand the customer needs; the business processes and challenges that the customers face
The ability to create and execute a succinct business plan and strategy
To have the potential to grow with our business. To take on new challenges and to have a desire to develop your skills.
Integrity and the ability to create trusted relationships internally within Zifo and externally with our customers
To live in, or to be in daily commutable distance of, the cities Frankfurt, Munich or Berlin
The suitable person for this role will be a strong team player. You will have high expectations of yourself and will help your team to stretch to achieve outcomes they did not believe possible. You will demonstrate humility and the ability to listen whilst at the same time taking quick decisions. It is essential that you show the highest levels of professionalism and ethics at all time.
