Skills and experiences

• Demonstrated experience engaging with executive-level clients, assessing their goals and objectives and the ability to translate ideas into strategic and practical solution recommendations.
• Proven to be an autonomous, positive thinker, highly flexible, and equally adept at working independently or as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Deep knowledge and experience of one of the following, cloud platforms, application architectures, DevOps, IT Operations, Information Security, Operating Models.
• Deep knowledge and experience of an industry sector, preferably in the Products, Consumer Goods, Retail, M&A, Energy, Utilities, Travel and Transport, Professionals Services or Financial Services domains
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation and influencing skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and contexts

• Assess clients’ current or planned use of technology in terms of alignment with strategy, industry best practice and optimal architectural, operational, and financial fit.
• Possess a deep understanding of technology trends and strategies identifying solutions to meet client business, financial and technical objectives.
• Develop and maintain go-to-market strategies around for industry expertise.
• Collaborate with other Avanade teams to deliver integrated and innovative solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
• Manage project delivery, quality, risks, and issues whilst ensuring client satisfaction and value realisation.
