YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO TENNET
You work together with BTO’s IT Architects, Security team and CISO to evolve on and continuously improve Cyber Security architecture standards and overall architecture landscape. We need integrated architecture combined with end-to-end process focus to improve the solid foundation of Processes, Data, Applications and Information Technology. You are the contact person for senior leadership regarding all Cyber Security related topics and required decisions. We are looking for someone that:
- Takes ownership of the cyber security domain, the process and products
- Shows courage and stands for his/her vision, gets people on board by steering from their beliefs,
- Actively connects with all stakeholders, he/she collaborates with business, external suppliers, IT architects, and all relevant stakeholders to ensure a shared architectural vision. He/she is especially strong in organizing and mobilizing the organization to reach that joint vision
Besides this, you:
- Actively contribute to the development, assessment, and realization of the Enterprise Architecture and the Enterprise Architecture Governance
- Establish principles, governance and guidance for maturing our cyber security capability
- Develop and implement the enterprise-wide cyber security architecture and framework, aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
- Develop the roadmap, and outline how this target architecture is realized
- Set expectations for quality, consistency, and delivery, ensuring that those standards are met and improved over time
- Monitor implementation of key cyber security related projects, and ensuring proper escalation and reporting to senior management stakeholders
- Proactively identify, analyse, review, and evaluate ideas, projects, and opportunities on cyber security topics
- Foster a culture of security awareness and education among employees, promoting best practices and proactive threat detection and response
