SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE FOR SUCCESS

• Experience of designing an end-to-end architecture and managing solution in a digital transformation program
• Proven experience of Digital technology transformation, management, and product delivery
• Played a key role in Agile or Hybrid digital product delivery and managing technical solution architecture
• Experience of legacy system modernization and familiarity with related managed services on cloud platform (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure) and hosting models
• Good industry experience is an added advantage (e.g., Consumer, Telecom, Oil & gas / Commodities trading technology)
• Diligent and has a strong drive to excel professionally.
• Ability to develop good client relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced professional services environment and cope with undefined situations

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Part of a core engagement team working on CXO level digital strategy and transformation transformation agenda
• Architecture lead or SME on digital transformation topics in an engagement, ensuring that client business strategy or business requirements achieves its goals through the architecture of its technology and platforms.
• Addresses key client aspects/requirements in the program, including application and integration architecture, data/information exchange and supporting technologies and how they fit together and are expected to evolve over time.
• Managing a team of 2-3 consultants
• Interacting with client counterparts on a daily basis

TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE YOU MUST HAVE

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology
• Minimum of 5 -10 years of architecture experience with consulting background
• Work experience of Digital Technology Strategy and Architecture & large-scale digital transformation
• Travel to client locations within Singapore or outside as necessary
