  We are looking for an ambitious individual with BDR experience looking to make a move into an Enterprise BDR role for a company that has raised over $64 million worth of funding.
  The company have already won clients such as Microsoft, BT, HP and OVO Energy and are now looking to grow their BDR team in Manchester and to find someone to work directly with the Head of Commercial.
  The company sell a workforce management platform that focuses on employee engagement, performance management & learning development. Businesses such as Microsoft have seen results such as a 12% decrease in absenteeism, 10% increase in calls per shift & 89% of agents acknowledging new information and knowing they can apply it.
  We are looking to speak to individuals with BDR experience who want to have a strategic outreach approach and also feel excited about being creative with an outreach strategy. It is a £40,000-50,000 basic salary + and additional 20% of revenue in commission in year 1.
