Real Chemistry is seeking an Enterprise Experience Strategist to join our growing team!
This individual will be developing frameworks and experience requirements incorporating capabilities and processes of multiple best-in-class customer engagement partners to develop innovative healthcare solutions. You must thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, client-driven environment, with an ability to quickly learn and apply new knowledge.
You will be at the core of the entire project, connecting all teams from concept to delivery - supporting business processes, gathering experience requirements, documenting needs, functional flows, capturing value stories, and helping manage projects – so strong partnership and an understanding of experience design, project management, and business transformation are imperative in this role. Importantly, you must be an energetic and inquisitive learner who enjoys working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences.

This position is dedicated to reimagining and architecting next-gen experiences for brands looking to create more integrated and intelligent experiences for HCPs and patients.
This is a hybrid position in our NYC office.

What you’ll do:

  • Help crystalize, quantify, and realize the value story for brand experiences and client projects, mapping back to problems to be solved or customer needs to be addressed
  • Active facilitator of requirement sessions with internal and external partners
  • Investigate and document partner experience requirements necessary to meet business objectives.
  • Evaluate information gathered from multiple partners and sources, reconcile and investigate inconsistencies, identify points and process for integration, and break down high-level information into clearly defined requirements for implementation
  • Maintain, manage, and evolve current state and define future state business processes frameworks and requirements for product builds and enhancements
  • Partner with the Business Intelligence team to ensure business and functional requirements are grounded in a strategic measurement framework to be able to quantify performance over time, areas for improvement and actionable insights for clients
  • Support user acceptance testing and help determine whether desired outcomes are being met
  • Clearly articulate complex processes and information to non-technical individuals and additionally, can successfully communicate new requirements into solution design and implementation to engineers, architects, and developers
  • Ensure clear and open communication and collaboration between partners to enable project work and ensure business needs and requirements are met within the pre-defined timeline and budget
  • Think and work independently, demonstrate creativity to help problem solve, develop solutions, and deliver impactful results and customer experience

What you should have:

Technical Skills

  • Familiarity with application design/architecture, integration architecture development, enterprise application integration, and integration technologies solutions and standards.
  • Demonstrates domain experience and expertise in product design, development, and analytics.
  • Drive clear insights, requirements, opportunities for innovation, and defined metrics of success.
  • Experience and demonstrated contributions to successful leading digital solutions and familiarity with new technologies

Qualifications

  • Minimum Years of Experience: 8+ years; ideally, healthcare experience and/or management consulting practice
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or quantitative field preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Experience creating business requirements and other formal documentation (i.e., conducting user interviews, documenting requirements, defining acceptance criteria, and implementing the solution) from start to finish with direction and support from a team lead or project manager (omnichannel solution experience preferred but not required)
  • Experience as a workshop facilitator is a plus
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA and implications to requirements documentation and solutioning preferred but not required
  • Strategic, analytical, creative problem-solver with a strong ability to organize thoughts and translate them into clear and concise written documentation
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) communication and presentation skills
  • A collaborator who thrives in working with many different people from cross-functional internal and external teams
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements, including juggling multiple competing priorities and deadlines
  • Fundamental knowledge of the elements of experience and visual design and the application and benefits of a user-centered design process in the delivery of solutions
  • Understanding of project delivery methodologies
  • Maintain a cursory knowledge of new and emerging customer engagement and healthcare technologies and their potential client applications

Pay Range: $180,000 - 225,000
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
