Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to report to the Head of Enterprise Limits Management (ELM) and assist in the establishment of the Enterprise Limits Management Operations Team within Regulatory Operations in the Chief Operating Office. The ELM Team is a new front-line operations team responsible for consistent limits management, limits monitoring, limits reporting and governance across all applicable lines of business and enterprise functions.

In this role, you will:

  • Work with the Head of ELM to design and implement a centralized sustainable operating model for the enterprise and business group/enterprise function limits management, monitoring, reporting and governance for regulations which meet the defined inclusion criteria.
  • Assist the Head of Enterprise Limits Management to establish prioritization for regulation inclusion into the ELM list of regulations and to cascade regulatory limit thresholds based on past data analysis to each business group and enterprise function, create procedures, controls, and conduct aggregate limit monitoring and required reporting across Wells Fargo.
  • Work closely with Control partners to implement a robust front-line risk and control management framework to manage regulatory, operational, third-party, compliance and reputational risk
  • Collaborate across business groups, enterprise functions, Control Management, Technology, Independent Risk Management, Finance and Regulatory Reporting, Regulatory Relations, and Internal Audit to partners to implement the target operating model
  • Align Major Compliance Requirements to the various policies of related regulations to drive consistent enterprise level controls and responsibilities
  • Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans.
  • Recommend opportunities for continuous process improvement.
  • Prepare materials for executive reviews with focus on measurements, data insights and storytelling by consolidating inputs from multiple groups.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable major compliance requirements as well as enterprise policies and procedures

New York, New York

$138,500-$287,600
