Description:

As an Enterprise Risk Management analyst, you will help to enhance and manage ERM to ensure the effective identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring of risks across the company.

Duties:

  • Review and enhance the ERM framework, policies, and procedures
  • Implement updated ERM programme
  • Identify and evaluate enterprise risks
  • Develop risk mitigation controls
  • Conduct risk assessments, rank risks, implement risk tolerances
  • Develop and implement key risk indicators (KRIs)
  • Implement risk reporting mechanisms to monitor/report risks
  • Conduct risk workshops/training
  • Promote a risk aware culture
  • Prepare reporting for risk committees

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of experience in audit/controls and enterprise risk management
