Description:
As an Enterprise Risk Management analyst, you will help to enhance and manage ERM to ensure the effective identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring of risks across the company.
Duties:
- Review and enhance the ERM framework, policies, and procedures
- Implement updated ERM programme
- Identify and evaluate enterprise risks
- Develop risk mitigation controls
- Conduct risk assessments, rank risks, implement risk tolerances
- Develop and implement key risk indicators (KRIs)
- Implement risk reporting mechanisms to monitor/report risks
- Conduct risk workshops/training
- Promote a risk aware culture
- Prepare reporting for risk committees
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of experience in audit/controls and enterprise risk management
