Responsibilities:
- Account Management – Lead the customer relationship across all solution segments
- Account Strategy – Responsible for developing over account strategy, partnering internally and externally to define technical vision and roadmap
- Business – Develops business case to deliver One Adobe story, focusing on business vision that supports a customer’s long-term strategy & use cases
- Upsell & Renewal – Responsible for the overall account health, ensuring that renewal risks are identified and addressed as well as expansion opportunities are identified
- Cross-Sell – Partner with Marketing to find opportunities to expand and sell new solutions and overseeing full sales opportunity lifecycle
