PagerDuty is seeking an Enterprise Sales Analyst to join our diverse, customer-focused team! As Enterprise Sales Analyst, you will report to the Director, Deal Desk and play a crucial role supporting the Global Enterprise Sales Team. You will partner with various Sales roles to support key accounts and develop pipelines through gathering key sales data and conducting customer research. This is an exciting opportunity to help grow PagerDuty’s Operational Cloud model throughout our customer base.
The ideal candidate will be able to function and thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and bring an ability to influence and persuade internal and external partners & team members. Analytical and data driven decision making skills are highly desirable along with a clear communication style.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to speak/write English at a business level
  • 2+ years of sales prospecting and/or lead generation experience.
  • Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM experience.
  • Thorough understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Experience conducting market research and data analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing or related field.
