As an Enterprise Sales Executive at Phenom People, you will be responsible for driving new business and revenue growth by selling our talent experience management software to large enterprise clients. You will be a key member of our sales team, working closely with our marketing and product teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities. This is a high-impact role that offers a competitive salary, uncapped commission, and opportunities for career growth.
Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at large enterprise companies
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our software
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of our software
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and tactics
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and progress towards goals
WHAT YOU’VE DONE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in the HR or talent management space
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a variety of audiences
