Description:
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
CorePlan is actively searching for a seasoned Sales professional to lead our organization into the next phase of growth. You will optimize the existing team of account executives and implement the organizational structure, processes, and systems to sustain growth.
Reporting directly to the COO, this role demands strategic thinking, exceptional leadership, and a proven track record in scaling sales teams within the Enterprise SaaS space.
Responsibilities
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of success, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Refine and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives, ensuring revenue targets are consistently met and exceeded.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by gaining a comprehensive understanding of customers’ unique challenges and goals.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the executive team, offering strategic recommendations based on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
- Record of exceeding sales quotas both as a manager and IC
QUALIFICATIONS AND FIT
- Ability to navigate through complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong experience of selling to C-Suite with a good understanding of software sales.
- 8+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise Sales
- 3+ years of experience in a sales management role
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, effectively driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Demonstrated proficiency with enterprise sales methodologies showcasing the ability to implement and drive adoption of structured sales processes.
- Committed to self-development and open to constructive feedback.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
