We help companies track their vehicles through GPS tracking, sensors, and cameras through scalable software that integrates across various platforms. What We’re Looking For in an Ideal Candidate
We seek a candidate with a proven track record in enterprise sales, adept at building and sustaining client relationships. Your strategic acumen, coupled with the ability to customize solutions for diverse industries, will be the catalyst for success. Exceptional communication skills and a knack for elucidating technical concepts are a must, especially for candidates with prior experience in technology-enabled enterprise sales, ideally in software, SaaS, or the B2B sectors.

This position reports directly to the Head of Sales.
You’ll be doing things like:
Client Engagement: Cultivate and nurture relationships with potential enterprise clients. Grasp client needs and effectively position GoFleet’s solutions as essential for achieving operational excellence.
Sales Strategy: Devise and implement a strategic sales plan aimed at exceeding targets. Collaborate closely with internal teams to tailor solutions that precisely address the unique challenges within each industry.
Communication and Collaboration: Articulate the value proposition of GoFleet’s products and services effectively. Collaborate seamlessly with marketing and technical teams to ensure alignment between client needs and product capabilities.
Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings. Provide valuable feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement of products and services.
Reporting and Analysis: Track and report key sales metrics, delivering regular updates to the leadership team. Analyze market data to identify new opportunities and areas for sustained growth.

REQUIREMENTS

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 5-8 years in enterprise-level sales, preferably in the software, SaaS, or B2B sectors.

Knowledge: Understanding of telematics and IoT technologies is a plus.

Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Hubspot, Salesforce).

Effective time management and organizational skills.
-
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Full-time vs Part-time: Full-time (40 hours/week)
-
Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience and performance.
-
25% of the time will be travelling and meeting clients (US/Canada)
