Description:
Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with a passion for driving business growth?
We’re seeking a talented Enterprise Sales Representative to join our team and help us expand our client base within the enterprise sector.
You’ll be responsible for identifying and targeting new enterprise-level clients, building and nurturing relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. You’ll work closely with our core team to develop and execute sales strategies that align with our company goals and objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent Business English is a must;
- 4+ years of experience on a similar position with BPO services (data annotation or curation is preferred);
- Proven track record of success in outbound B2B sales;
- Extensive experience working in the US and the EU markets;
- Being able to showcase experience in closing large and enterprise size deals;
- Experience with Account Based Marketing;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong sales negotiation abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting market research and identifying potential clients for the company’s services;
- Setting up and management of a pipeline of new business opportunities (large & enterprise accounts);
- Initiating contact with outbound prospects through various channels (personalized outreach efforts, including emails and LinkedIn messages, social media activity, etc);
- Driving the end-to-end enterprise sales process;
- Consistent in-market presence to be able to analyse key market trends, potential new target audiences, key customer needs and ability to translate those into newly identified opportunities and markets;
- Establishing relationships with VP/C-level buyers;
- Collaborating closely with business development and marketing teams to implement Account Based Marketing strategies;
- Suggesting improvements to optimize the sales processes.
