Description:

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

Working as part of a collaborative, dynamic team, the ESM Manager helps ensure effective oversight of the groupwide change portfolio so that potential scheduling risks, enterprise dependencies and conflicts can be identified using a multi-lensed approach leading to optimisation of project scheduling and resources to support the execution of key projects and achievement of the Bank’s strategic objectives!

Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Support the ESM team on a quarterly basis in coordination and execution of the Ability to Execute (A2E) Assessment through detailed analysis of the Change portfolio dataset and application of various lenses from a Customer, Operational, Technical and Regulatory perspective.
  • Working with the ESM Lead and other stakeholders to support identification of appropriate tooling and establishing a process and robust methodology for production of data and suite of exhibits to: pre-empt emerging contention, monitor interdependencies and support decision-making; ensuring these are produced in a timely way to enable corrective or preventative action to be taken.
  • Assist with the preparation of documentation for executive reporting on the output of the Assessment process.
