YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in computer science, Information Technology or other technical fields
• Several years of experience working as Solution Architect within mid to large PLM projects in designing, configuring and customizing PLM solutions
• Strong technical knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter architecture
• Proven experience in implementation, administration & upgrade of PLM IT infrastructure
• In-depth knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter and related Siemens products
• Strong understanding of engineering & manufacturing processes in the machinery and plant engineering industry
• Proven track record implementing PLM systems in an integrated landscape where PLM is interacting with ERP and MES covering engineering domains e2e from product, industrialization to service
• Excellent technical leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically

• Consult on multiple complex projects that require specialist expertise aligned with the ENERCON target operating model and the strategic objectives
• Act as the ultimate authority on infrastructure design based on Siemens product best practices and as interface towards Siemens, other vendors and preferred suppliers when required
• Responsible for the performance of the Global IT domain and other external strategic suppliers to ensure alignment with the overall strategy
• Technical lead for the implementation, administration & Level 3 support excellence & execution
• Govern the PLM infrastructure perimeter including cloud, data bases, storage, data centers, workplace etc.
• Ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the PLM systems
• Stay informed about emerging technologies to identify trends and new best practices that can be used to strengthen the technology platform and development practices
