Description:

What you’ll bring to the team:
Location: Chessington World of Adventures Resort, KT9 2NE
Hours: Fixed term contract to November 2024 working weekends and bank holidays as required.
Working as part of the Entertainments & Events team, you will co-ordinate, motivate and lead teams of performers including singers, dancers, actors and character performers in various shows across the resort throughout the season.

As a Show Captain, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the first point for call for all shows.
  • Making show decisions regarding weather.
  • Assisting the creative manager in rehearsals.
  • Training new team members in various show roles
  • Proactively engage with the team and give clear and concise notes.
  • Being role model for the entertainments team.

Qualifications & Experience:
All we need you to come with is the right positive attitude, enjoy working as part of a team and in a fast-paced environment, and be able to deliver a ROARsome experience to our Guests!
Previous experience in a Team Leader/Show Captain role is preferred but not required.

Pay Range: GBP £14.00/Hr
