Description:
TECHNICAL EXPERTISE AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST
- Generate and deliver monthly trend and summary reports.
- Conduct compliance audits, ensuring all activities meet regulatory standards and requirements.
- Perform quarterly quality control assessments for customers designated by management.
- Conduct quarterly executive reviews to evaluate and enhance pest management programs.
- Lead pest awareness training sessions for customer teams.
- Develop and produce educational materials, including presentations, articles, and videos, focusing on best practices in pest management, safety, and product usage.
- Conduct pre-audit inspections to prepare customers for audits.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documents to support customers during the pre-audit period.
- Generate detailed pest identification reports to assist customers in understanding and addressing pest issues.
