w3-ff is a Venture Builder specializing in W2 use cases in connection with W3 technology. We are currently looking for a visionary, ambitious, and passionate Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to lead a new HR-Tech venture with the goal of becoming a Co-Founder.
Tasks

WHAT WE OFFER:

• The opportunity to be part of the founding phase of an HR-Tech start-up. During the first weeks and months as an Entrepreneur in Residence, you will be an integral part of validation, discussing problems, opportunities, solutions and GTM strategy with us and most importantly, potential customers. We take the first steps in building the start-up together.
• Reasonable compensation during the validation period with majority equity retained by the Founders upon fundraising. We target an equity scheme that will maintain significant room for follow-on investment.
• Our goal is to enable you to start a groundbreaking company. We do everything in our power to achieve this, including your first pre-seed investment and active support from our team.
• A remote-first working environment with occasional team get-togethers (typically in Berlin or Munich).
