• Operational Excellence: Take full responsibility of planning and executing all operational aspects of the project, encompassing business planning, hypothesis testing, and end-to-end project management.
• Scaling for Success: Define and optimize a wide spectrum of processes, from customer journey mapping to customer acquisition and facility requirements, with an emphasis on achieving scalable solutions.
• Strategic Support: Provide primary support to FORMEL’s C-level executives, assisting in strategic decision-making and planning, ensuring alignment with the project’s objectives. You’ll also manage cross-functional stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.
