Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Entry Level Mods BFE Procurement Support Agent to join the Supplier Management team in Seattle, WA. This acts as an authorized agent of the company with responsibility for managing all BFE supplier-related activities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and processes in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in working in a collaborative environment
  • Experience in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook etc.)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher is Supply Chain or related
  • Experience in Modifications & Conversions
  • Experience in CSDT (Customer & Supplier Data Transmittal) software tool

TYPICAL EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Related work experience, relevant military experience, or advanced degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists in analyzing post production supply chain data for the BFE statement of work
  • Enters, tracks, monitors and coordinates customer material and delivery requirements through CSDT
  • Processes material returned from internal/external customers and engineers
  • Assists in the analysis of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include capabilities, capacity and performance
  • Processes documentation associated with engineering requirements back to the supplier and/or the customer
