Description
SRL works in partnership with our clients across the UK and internationally, to identify the most cost effective and practical ways to handle acoustics, noise, vibration and air quality issues. Job Purpose: Provide administration and technical support to help SRL’s Consultant and Finance teams run efficiently and effectively.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- File and organise data and information received from clients
- Assist in the preparation of technical reports
- Assist in adding and maintaining projects on Tracker+
- Process data for technical assessments
- Deal with the contractual processes and procedures involved in managing our projects
- Keeping track of enquiry status’, following up proposals and chasing enquiries where necessary
- Appropriately directing client enquiries via email or phone
- General company and project related administration duties as requested
- Drafting, processing and sending invoices to clients
- Assist with forecasting team predictions and month end processes
- Supporting the debt chasing process
- Supporting the Receptionist in their absence by managing courier requests, answering and operating phones, dealing with post, greeting visitors and keeping office stock up to date
- Generating purchase orders for any orders made as well as for travel arrangements, such as hire cars or hotel bookings
- Overseeing company systems such as SharePoint & Teams to ensure policies & procedures are current, relevant and organised
- Assisting with the agreements and warranties process
- Booking relevant tests and training sessions
- Carrying out internal audits in line with our ISO accreditations and QMS systems

Entry requirements
GCSE English and Maths grade 4 and above - Essential.
Training to be provided
- The learner will be studying the Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard qualification.
- Functional skills will be studied if equivalent qualifications are not held.
