Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As the EHS Manager, reporting directly to the Global RDSM EHS Manager, you will be responsible for EHS support and oversight regional operations in alignment with the overall company EHS strategy. You will provide clear focused direction, partnering with site EHS professionals for the safe, compliant, reliable, and cost-effective operation of the EMEA EHS RDSM orgs.
Oversees the assessment, planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring, and services to ensure Intel is in compliance to all regulatory and permitting requirements as well as all Intel Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong working knowledge of all Research and Development, Sales and Marketing Environmental Health and Safety functions
  • Excellent track record in influencing, negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of personal integrity with ability to handle confidential Information
  • Excellent knowledge of safety and environment legislation, and an awareness of current developments and emerging issues

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ years of experience in:
  • Semiconductors (with at least 5 years EHS operational experience)
  • management (organizational and employee development)
  • knowledge of site operations that have linkage to EHS operational scope.
