THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS WOULD BE ALSO CONSIDERED ADVANTAGEOUS:

• Previous experience within a hospital or health care environment.
• Certificate III or above in Business, Health Cleaning or equivalent.
• 5 years’ experience leading people.
  IMPORTANT: All staff employed in the healthcare sector are required to be vaccinated for fully vaccination for COVID-19 and Influenza (unless a valid exemption applies). Evidence of vaccination (or exemption) will be required to be provided prior to commencement.

• Ensuring all areas within scope are compliant with relevant standards.
• Participate in consumer activities ensuring the service meets consumer expectations.
• Roster review to ensure daily coverage of all tasks.
• Respond to department requests.
• Lead and participate in required meetings.
• Coach, guide and support direct team on the job.
• Complete audits and inspections.
• Conduct training sessions.
• Review department P&L spends.
• Complete KPI reporting.
