  This role will report to the ESG & Risk Manager to assist in collecting, managing, and analysing sustainability data & safety initiatives, all in alignment with Capral’s commitment to sustainability and regulatory compliance.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Champion ESG awareness, sustainable practices, and a culture of safety
• Conduct safety audits and safety assessments to ensure the application of assurance systems and identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop and execute programs, training initiatives, and safety plans aligned with regulatory and corporate
• Comprehensive analysis of sustainability data required reporting standards
• Compile reports for in-depth analyses of safety and ESG data
• Perform risk assessments for current site/region activities and proposed changes, identifying potential risk exposures and recommending appropriate preventive and mitigation measures
• Take personal responsibility for safety and well-being, promote risk minimization, and strive for the highest standards in Safety, Health, and the Environment (SH&E).
