Responsibilities:
In the lifescience operations EHS global team, a centralized project management and coordination position that oversees the Life Science wide implementation of EHS focused projects triggered by new and upcoming regulatory requirements.
Planning:
- Establish governance to bridge the gap between regulatory functions and site level EHS
interface with Life Science and Group Regulatory functions
interface with existing cross site networks and existing programs
- Detailed Project planning and activity prioritization across all affected sites
Coordination with other ongoing EHS activities to realize synergies

Execution:
- Assessment of the the current state of available information and methodologies in the organization
- Centralized information gathering and identification of information gaps
- Initiation and coordination of activities to close information gaps (e.g. on-site measurements)
- Identification of current and upcoming compliance risks and implementation of measures to address them
Preparation of data for compliance with CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive), environmental emissions, and waste reportingMaintenance of operational licensing through robust information gathering and sharing for substance registration, authorization, and compliance monitoring
