KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Working with engineers and senior technicians to assist in test setup and execution
• Monitoring tests, record test data and results
• Demonstrate basic understanding of test approach and philosophy
• Have good communication and customer relationship skills
• Ability to set-up and tear-down fixtures and equipment for tests
• Knowledge of testing based military and commercial specifications
• Demonstrate a high mechanical aptitude is required; the ability to run standard equipment
• Have strong computer background and familiarity with common office applications
• Knowledge of test instrumentation and data acquisition setup
• Assist Quality Assurance role for lab activities

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Required Education: HS diploma
• Preferred Education: Associate Degree or higher
• Required Experience: Demonstrated ability to work in a test environment based on previous work experience
