WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As an essential member of our team at DHL, you’ll overcome daily logistical challenges to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly. In a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, you will have the autonomy to make decisions, continually grow professionally, and use your talents to lead a committed team to greatness. Your duties and responsibilities will include, but wont be limited to:

• Lead, motivate and empower employees through effective & open communication, excellent leadership, regular performance feedback and team building in order to maximise customer and employee satisfaction
• Establish a customer focused culture by implementing and managing initiatives and tools that aim to achieve customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention
• Guide the activities of coordinators to ensure customer success and achieve overall objectives
• Be responsible for providing a safe working environment free of hazards by completing daily site/department inspections and implementing preventative and corrective actions
• Maintain and build on effective relationships with customers
