Description:

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated Crypto Sales Trader to join our dynamic Markets team. You will be responsible for generating revenue by actively trading cryptocurrencies with institutional clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency markets, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a track record of sales success. You will be expected to proactively engage with clients, and sell a variety of trading products. The ideal candidate should possess an entrepreneurial mindset, be results-driven, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in crypto sales trading or a similar role within the financial industry.
  • Deep understanding of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and the broader financial markets.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data and trends.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to ethical business practices.
  • Proficiency in using trading platforms, order management systems, and other relevant software tools.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements related to cryptocurrencies and financial markets is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively trade and sell cryptocurrencies to institutional clients, including investment firms, hedge funds, and foundations.
  • Build and take ownership of relationships with clients, as well as identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, news, and developments in the cryptocurrency industry.
  • Provide advice and insights to clients regarding market conditions, investment strategies, and risk management.
  • Execute trades on behalf of clients and ensure timely and accurate order execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, custody, and operations, to cross-sell and deliver comprehensive solutions and address client needs.
  • Drive sales targets, revenue goals, and performance metrics
  • Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions, trades, and transactions.
