About the Role

Pallara State School is a BYOD Laptop school spanning Years 1-6. This Deputy Principal position is back-filling the substantive Deputy Principal on Thursdays and Fridays for term 2, unless otherwise determined. The portfolio for this position includes the responsibility areas of:

  • English across the school;
  • Supervision of the Year 5 & 6 teams;
  • Human Resourcing;

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Principal to lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
  • Deputise for the Principal when required.
  • Uphold the deputy principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.
