• Extensive professional experience in information technology and functional expertise in the BFSI domain
• Extensive experience in various P&C Insurance products and knowledge of the various components of any P&C COTs (Duck Creek.) products is preferable
• Experience in leading the requirements-gathering process in a customer-facing position
• Be well versed in Agile methodology
• Knowledge of requirements management tools in Agile - Jira/Azure DevOps Services (VSTS)
• Strong knowledge of Duck Creek products would be highly regarded

• Provide specific domain expertise and work with delivery teams to translate the end user requirements to application/system requirements
• Capture, analyze and document functional requirements
• Review requirements documents prepared by developers
• Business process modeling - investigate operational requirements and issues and seek effective solutions
• Challenge the business where appropriate to manage expectations and highlight risks/issues
• Prepare test scenarios and management of integration and system testing
