About the Role
As the HOD of English you will be responsible for working with the Executive and Senior Leadership Teams to contribute to the school’s priorities, improvement agenda and culture.Working as part of the school’s leadership team you will be instrumental in developing growth mindsets, improved pedagogical practices, curriculum knowledge of teachers and curriculum development within your learning area. Your success will come from your ability to develop and nurture positive working relationships with and between students, parents and staff in a large and diverse school community.
